DESCRIPTION:Big Summer Potluck 2011  July 29-31  Ottsville\, Pennsylvania  BSP photosBig Summer Potluck photos  BSP photos  We're pleased to invite you to the Big Summer Potluck 2011 (BSP2)\, where we'll enjoy 3 days of community\, workshops\, writting and photography sessions\, food and wine. Tickets include all meals and transportation from the hotel to Linden Hill Gardens\, where most of our activities will take place.  BSP2 will begin with pre-registration on Friday\, July 29\, starting at 5pm\, followed by cocktails and dinner at the Anderson home. (In case you're wondering\, Big Summer Potluck 2011 will be a gluten-free event.) This will get us all acquainted with one another\, meeting some for the first time or catching up with old friends.  Saturday will be our full day of activities\, starting bright and early at 8am. We'll have breakfast and an orientation from the manager of the lovely Linden Gardens. The day will include sessions with Shauna Ahern and Penny de los Santos\, our key speakers. Throughout the day\, we'll also enjoy demos and tutorials\, from cookie decorating to salmon curing and a recipe development session with Pam Anderson. We'll be fed well during the day\, leading up to a wonderful evening cooking together and winding down our fun-filled day.  We'll end our weekend on Sunday\, July 31\, with light breakfast at the Anderson home. That will give us the rest of the day to travel back home and relax.  We've reserved a block of rooms at Holiday Inn Express in Bethlehem\, PA (rate code BSP)\, and transportation from the hotel to Linden Hill Gardens and back will be provided.  We can't wait to see you this summer. We know it's going to be a blast!
