About Eat Boutique

About Eat Boutique

People are seeking authentic dining experiences that bring them closer to their food and the people behind it, but too often, the convenience of chain restaurants get in the way of the discovery of independent venues and food producers. A movement is brewing to counteract the artificial experiences behind big restaurants and corporate-subsidized farms. A gentle counterculture has emerged to support chefs and restaurateurs who emphasize authentic food, independent vision and old-fashioned hospitality. To “Eat Boutique” is to support indie vision and celebrate authenticity in food and service.
