There are a few things I know are true. First, homemade candy is amazing. Second, caramel is probably one of the best flavors ever created (in my opinion, anyway). You can enjoy handmade pumpkin caramels from Tammy at Suss Sweets in our Halloween Gift Box. And lastly, I love Lucy Engelman and her beautifully intimate illustrations.     Lovely illustrations. I LOVE caramels though my pancreas says NO! I agree with Shelby, time to get a candy thermometer.
