I’m going to keep this post short and sweet. The Eat Boutique Holiday Market will gather 40 food and drink makers, seven cookbook authors and many special food partners in a huge loft-like space on Sunday, December 9 in Boston. The line-up is fabulous and all of your foodstuffs gift-giving needs will be met.
What’s an Eat Boutique Market? I’m glad you asked. We’ve hosted three so far and the 2011 Fall Market was last month. 1,000 of you showed up and we captured it in a little film. Are you in it? (Big thanks to Jesse Beecher for his filmography.)
The Holiday Market is going to be just a bit different. First, we had to rent a big space – we just couldn’t imagine squeezing into a small space this time around. We also have to rent tables and chairs, make signs, all that good stuff you need for big gatherings. While it’s a much larger event space, we may not have room for everyone (quelle horreur!) so we’re going to offer tickets on a first-come, first-serve basis, including access to an hour of shopping without the crowds.
Want first access to tickets? We’ll let everyone on this list know the moment tickets go on sale, so get on that list, okay?
Before I go, we just launched our new shop and I’m posting new discoveries over there daily, like these fruit-filled vinegar sauces, this rhubarb hops for cocktails, and this gift box of handmade candy for Halloween.
Did I say short and sweet?! I meant long. And detailed. And verbose. But when there’s lots to share, I like to share. Thanks, as ever, for all your support and good wishes!
Eat Boutique discovers the best small batch foods by boutique food makers. We share recipes, maker stories and city guides to eating boutique. We host tasting events and markets for food makers, cookbook authors and food fans. We craft seasonal, regional gift and tasting boxes and sell individual items that you can order in our new shop. Sign up to be the first to get tickets for the Eat Boutique Holiday Market.
