Hello, summer! Hello, hot days and warm nights, grilled dinners and cocktails in the garden. Hello, picnics and lighter dishes and hammocks – a huge hello to hammocks. Hello to all the gorgeous things that represent summer. And very big hello to our summer gift box!
I’ve been so excited to release a summer gift box. This is definitely a major step for me, as I’ve typically focused on offering a gift box only around the major holidays. But there are so many moments in your lives that happen during these beautiful and bright next few months.
Many of you will get married or move into a new home. Many of you will have a child or maybe take on a new job. There are, of course, birthdays and anniversaries to celebrate. And, best yet, perhaps some of you will find your life’s purpose or take that big trip you’ve been dreaming about for years.
For all the moments in your life, food is the best sort of gift. And when you give a gift that supports a handmade food purveyor, you are supporting old-fashioned hospitality, authenticity and that small business spirit that inspires the best food ideas. You are truly giving food that hugs you back.
You’ve actually given me so many hugs through this almost four-year journey. Yes, Eat Boutique has been around for almost four years! It’s gone by so fast, right?!
You’ve left comments, sent me great emails, and encouraged me to keep on keeping on when it comes to handmade food. Consider this gift box my little hug to you – I just had to make sure you had some deliciousness to celebrate your nearest and dearest this summer. Happy summer – and make sure to chill a bottle of rose for me!
Oh… and if you need a gift of handmade food, order an Eat Boutique gift box. Thanks so much, friends!
