I did stick with the ingredients called for and loved the strong lemon taste and all the almond crunchiness. I cut it in narrow slices to serve with cut-up fresh fruit...perfect. Thanks, Mark! We really enjoyed it although it fell apart when served. We just had the left-overs for lunch today and it held it's shape and was even better tasting than last night. Will definitely make again.
