With honor and pleasure, I got the chance to eat at Delancey in Seattle, Washington last week. And here’s what I have to say about it: It’s good… darn good… good and special. I was so happy to have satisfying food in such a charming atmosphere.

Instead of offering up more words, I offer up photos. I was fortunate enough to be seated by a window and took the best photos I could of this very special meal. I wholeheartedly recommend you get to this spot, just get there early. The line was quite lengthy. (The above photo is of our gorgeous salumi plate, cured meats provided by Salumi Artisan Cured Meats and pickled veggies made by Delancey.)

Wow, I have recently fallen in love with making pizza, and eating it too, and these pies look fantastic. This is definitely my kind of place. I'm going to call my friends in Seattle and tell them to go now. Beautiful pictures, I can't wait to eat there myself.
