I was all about easy while on vacation, so that would have done the trick. I probably used more breadcrumbs than a traditional Pasta con il Pangrattato, but I was on vacation and wanted instant comfort. I'd love to see you recipe for pasta with garlic and oil. Thanks! My mother use to make a another simple pasta recipe, Spaghetti Alio e Olio, but it always hit the stop. I've found that recipes don't always have to be complex to be good.
