		<description>I, too, love the chicken paillard.  But I also am very fond of the staff at Bistro Ralph.  I&#039;m sorry about your bad experience.  My husband and I aren&#039;t regulars--we go maybe six times a year, or less--but have never been disappointed in the friendly service.  Except for early on, we always sit at the counter and have enjoyed the lively interaction between the wait staff.  When out this way next, do give them another chance.</description>
