The Best Coffee Ever… in Nice?

I just spent a fabulous long weekend in the Cote d’Azure with a friend who was born there, on the end of a work trip to London. I have way too many photos and stories to share, but for now, I will say – I may have had the best coffee in the world in a little modern shop in old town Nice, France. Look at the crema. It’s thick, smooth and so pretty. More to come in a few days…

Paula, I stayed with Lise and she showed me the entire French Riviera. I had such a great time there. She’s moving to Australia in October to work for a little while, unless Winston’s decides to bring her back sooner. Take care!

Can you see 'tiger stripes' in the crema? I can see a lot of what appears to be blonding. Do you really know what a good coffee is???

I know what good coffee tastes like! This is not an espresso or a latte, simply a coffee with warm milk. Is that ok for you? :)
