Wow, and there I was eating nasty fake-butter popcorn while I watched S&TC. I’m so glad I didn’t know what I was missing at the time! Looks and sounds delicious! Great summer entertaining idea. To me, it’s like healthy comfort food. I just saw a couple of indie shorts about pizza in Brooklyn last week next door to Grimaldi’s. Your pizza looks like a contender! Thanks for inspiring me to try one myself.

this is such a great idea this time of year- because it uses fresh summer veggies and doesn’t heat up the house as the oven would….
