
Spaghetti con vongole (baby clams) at my friend’s restaurant in the old town of Pavia. Sweet and salty bursts of the sea over homemade pasta, with a heavy dose of chopped parsley. Simple and perfect. I hear you can only have better seafood in Venice. I shall find out tomorrow.
