Rob and I had a pre-Christmas dinner at One if By Land, Two if By Sea on Sunday night in NYC and I had an amazing winter salad there with chestnuts and, yes, pomegranate seeds. Pomegranate seeds on salad are my new favorite thing. Our favorite local restaurant (at the Madeline Hotel in Tivoli, NY) makes the most amazing salad with arugula, goat chesese, pomegranate seeds and caramalized scallions, and it's killing me that I can't eat it while I"m pregnant! Oh wow, this looks amazing. Pomegranate seeds on salad are my new favorite thing.
