
I whipped up a very quick lunch today, for me and the husband who was working from home. I just love salad on things, whether it be pizza, pasta, or open-faced sandwiches (like this one). Quite simply, it’s a slice of toasted Italian bread topped with an organic chicken sausage and a mache salad that’s been dressed with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
