yup. Very close to Spotted Pig as well.
I'd take Perry St. over Spotted Pig any day and I bet Bono's far richer than Jean Georges.
3 course prix fixe lunch is $25 and well worth it.
You can read more about it here: http://www.chowhound.com/topics/339446

I think that Jean-George is officially big business - unless he had to mortgage his house or vacation home to start Perry Street (which I doubt). :)

If you love it though, I may have to pop by... That's right around the corner from you, right?

I love Perry Street for lunch. It's the Jean-Georges place in the base of the Richard Meier buildings in the West Village.

Does Jean-Georges count as big business at this point? He has a bunch of places now, but Perry St. is special.
