I love brussels sprouts more than life itself. My husband does as well. I love to simply roast them in the oven with a little olive oil, salt and pepper until they get all charred and caramelized. But Heidi’s latest recipe is just as lovely. By the way, that photo is all Heidi, she’s an amazing photographer.

The Boston Globe had a great article on my favorite vegetable today as well. So much brussels sprout love!

  • I'm feeling the love, too. If you're a brussels sprouts fan, then next time you're in NYC, you have to try the charred brussels at Mama's Food Shop in the East Village (get them along with some mash, mac'n'cheese, and chicken). It's like the BFF of comfort food!
