I met Clotilde of Chocolate & Zucchini earlier this year while she was on her book tour. I’m sure she doesn’t recall our meeting, but I was so pleased to make her acquaintance and almost, dare I say, proud… proud that a former tech geek, blogger and food fan had found her creative outlet. I adore her latest cookbook and look forward to reading about her daily food adventures. Her most recent entry is a delicious lamb shoulder rubbed with a rosemary, lemon and anchovy paste. Yum!
