I swear we wanted to move to Portland, Oregon way before this article was published. It’s a great piece on how Portland is finally coming into its own – with some great chefs who care about the natural and the local, and use them with a lot of panache. I have yet to visit, but really identify with what’s going on there. We’ve got a trip planned for the Spring.
